2011 U17 Indoor Hockey State Champions
Congratulations to a thrilling win for our U17 Illawarra 1 team for winning the U17 A division state championships. The final score was 7 goals to 5 against Newcastle who played an excellent first half leading 5 goals to 2 at haf time. Illawarra slowly clawed their way back with massive crowd support to be victorious in the end.
State team inclusions soon to be confirmed by Hockey NSW.

2011 U15 Indoor Hockey State Champions
Congratulations to our U15 Illawarra 1 team for winning the A division NSW Indoor State Championships. After a close game in the Semi's, the team played great Hockey in the final to beat Macarther 1 by 7 goals to 1.
Congratulations to Joshua Mayo for making the U15 State Indoor Team to play in the National Championships in Perth. See the Hockey NSW web site for full details.

2011 U13 Indoor Hockey State Champions
Congratulations to our victorious U13 A division team for winning the U13 State Championships at Port Macquarie in October. In a very close and exciting match, Illawarra 1 played Sydney 1 winning 4 goals to 3 after extra time.
Congratulations to Patrick Everett & William Orth for Making the State U13 White team & Callum Mackay, Kevin Mansell & Zac Nyrhinen for mqaking the state U13 blue team. See the Hockey NSW web site for full details.

Competition Details Have Been Worked Out! - Thursday, 1 September 2011
Unbelievable - we have more teams again than last year with 6 strong teams in our A division and lots of teams in all other divisions. 
Our U11 start date has not been determined yet - will let you know soon 
Starting dates and times are as follows:
U11's to be advised
U13's Tuesday 13th September 4.15pm to 6.45pm
U15's Thursday 8th September 4.20pm to 6.50pm
C div Tuesday 13th September 6.50pm to 11pm
B div Thursday 15th September 7pm to 10.30pm
A div Thursday 15th September 7pm to 10.30pm

2010/11 NSW Vets State Champions
Illawarra Vets No.1 team again retained their winning form by going through the NSW Vets Indoor Hockey Championships undefeated and wining the final against Central Coast 6 goals to 1. This means the Illawarra Mens Vets Indoor Hockey No.1 team have won every Indoor game they have competed in at a NSW State Championship level.
Illawarra competed in 1st division with two teams. The No.2 team played an excellent tournament ensuring a division 1 place again next year.

2010 U17 State Indoor Champions
This year both Illawarra U17 teams (Division A & Division B) performed magnificently with our A division team winning in a dominant way 9 goals to 3 in the final against Newcastle and our B division team narrowly going down 2 goals to Nil in the Semi Final.
Again a huge thanks to the coaches and management staff for a very successful weekend.

2010 U15 State Champions
Congratulations to all the players and officials involved in the Boys U15 State Indoor Hockey Championships which our Illawarra 1st Division Team won 6 to nil. Winning all games throughout the tournament reflected their dominance although the toughest game was in the Semi Final where they narrowly beat Newcastle 6 goals to 4.
Our Division 2 team had a great tournament with two wins, teo losses and a draw. Congratulations and thanks to all involved.

U13 State Indoor Championships
How close - both our A division & B Division teams narrowly missed out on the final (first two past the post) at the U13 junior boys State Indoor Championships in Port Macquarie at the end of October.
A great effort of all who participated and a very big thank you for the coaches and managers of both teams.

2010 NSW Senior Mens Champions
The Illawarra senior men's 1st team went through undefeated in division A winning the final against Sydney 8 goals to 3. This makes it four years in a row for Illawarra. Congratulations to all.
Our Illawarra 2 team also in division A played well enough to stay in division A next year - well done.
Illawarra 3 were narrowly beaten the division B Semi final and played a very good tournament.
